Membership fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to thoroughly read through the terms and conditions of membership prior to signing up to ensure it meets your requirements.
Refunds for event tickets will be processed only if an event is canceled or rescheduled. Please contact us within 7 days of the event cancellation for a refund to be considered.
Refunds for swim classes or lessons are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date are non-refundable.
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
